Memorial Donations
Many people wish to honor a loved one with a book donation in their name, either someone who has recently passed away or in honor of something significant in their life. Donating a book in their name is a great way to do this.
There is a minimum donation of $20, or you may donate the book, and we’ll put the bookplate in. If there is a specific book or subject you’d prefer, please include that information. Also include your name, address, and phone number, and the contact information of those you wish us to inform. Two letters will be sent out, unless otherwise indicated. One stating that you made a donation to the library in memory/honor of, and another saying when the books are in, and the call numbers where they’re located within the library. If you wish the books to be held once they’ve arrived, please state that as well.
Occasionally, it’s very difficult to obtain books on certain subjects; please be assured we’re doing everything we can to purchase these books in a timely manner.
