Residents of Cumberland County are entitled to the benefit of a free CLUES (Cumberland County Libraries United Electronic System) card. A CLUES card may be used at the Bridgeton, Millville and Vineland Public Libraries, the Cumberland County Library and the Cumberland County College Library. Cards may be obtained at the Main Desk by showing proof of current address and filling out an application form.

Non-residents (those who live outside of Cumberland County) may obtain a CLUES card by paying a $50 fee per household each year.

Applications for CLUES cards by children under the age of 18 must be signed by the child's parent or legal guardian.
