The Garden Patch Quilters Display Work at Vineland Public Library

Quilts created by members of The Garden Patch Quilters are being featured at Vineland Public Library, 1058 E. Landis Avenue, during the month of February in the Doris Tripp Room (located on the first floor of the library). Each quilt displayed has a special story, and award-winning quilts are included in the exhibit. A “Meet the Quilter” reception will take place on Saturday, February 24 at 1:00 p.m. in the library’s Doris Tripp Room.

The Garden Patch Quilters were founded in October, 1986. The group usually meets at Wheaton Village in Millville, NJ at 7:00 p.m. on the 3rd Wednesday of each month. Meeting activities include demonstrations, guest speakers and the sharing of skills and projects. Quilters from this group will also be featured at a quilt show in Wheaton Village on March 10 and 11, 2018.

All areas of the library are accessible to people with disabilities. To learn more about library displays, services and programs, (856) 794-4244. Regular library hours are Monday – Thursday (9-8); Friday and Saturday (9-5); closed Sunday.
