Tai Chi Class at Vineland Public Library
Have you ever wanted to try Tai Chi? Tai chi is a Chinese martial art
that uses slow, deliberate movements to benefit health and balance and
is sometimes referred to as “moving meditation.” The Vineland
Public Library, 1058 E. Landis Avenue, is proud to offer a free Tai
Chi class sponsored by the Friends of the Vineland Public Library. Designed
for ages 55+, but open to all ages, this lesson will take place on Thursday,
April 26, from 12:00-12:45 p.m. in the Community Event Room.
