Vineland Public Library has several meeting rooms available to organizations engaged in educational, cultural, intellectual or charitable activities. Use of the meeting room may not interfere with the most effective utilization of library facilities for library purposes. Meetings held in the Library's meeting rooms must be open to the public. Room Policy
Doris Tripp Room accommodates up to 90 people. The charge is $25 (non-profit) $50 (business*) New Community Event Room accommodates 75-90 people. The charge is $25 (non-profit) $50 (business*) Computer Lab accommodates 16 people. The charge is $25 (non-profit) $50 (business*) *Businesses located in Vineland may reserve the meeting rooms for employee training or community service programs. If refreshments are to be served there is a $50 cleaning deposit required. No refreshments allowed in the computer lab. The library does not provide cleanup service or supplies. The library has chairs, tables, a projection screen, blackboard, lectern and coffeepot available. It is necessary to fill out an application for use of the library meeting rooms. Everyone must read the Meeting Room Usage Policy before reserving a room. Please contact the Community Relations Coordinator Anita Lupcho at 794-4244 for room availability and further information. Once a room is verbally reserved, application must be received as soon as possible to hold the room. |
