“Unveiled”
the photography of
Marla Green

“Unveiled” is the featured art exhibit at Vineland Public Library, 1058 E. Landis Avenue, during September. Displayed are original, artful photographs by Marla Green. A “Meet the Artist” reception takes place on Saturday, September 10 from 12:00 – 2:00 p.m. in the Doris Tripp Room.

Green was born and raised in South Jersey and she specializes in unconventional photography including film noir, fantasy and boudoir. She is a member of the Professional Photographers of America and is in constant pursuit of new developments in the world of photography. For the past 10 years she has photographed architecture, skylines, cityscapes and landscapes and has recently begun exploring the world of portraits. Her work influences an emotional spark in each individual – Green says, “I like to capture the person inside that rarely anyone sees.” This exhibit “unveils” the changing faces of the people she meets and the architecture seen on her journeys.

The display is available during regular library hours: M– T (10-8), Friday (10-5) and Saturday (11-4). All areas of the library are handicap accessible. Call the library at 794-4244 for more information.
