The Art of Lorraine Dutta at Vineland Public Library

The art of Lorraine Dutta is on display at Vineland Public Library, 1058 E. Landis Avenue, through August. Original clay bottles, boxes, plaques and other items are displayed in the exhibit cases on the first floor of the library. All work is original and available for purchase.

Dutta was an Art Teacher at Vineland High School for 26 years. After leaving Vineland High, Dutta started the art program at St. Augustine Prep and continues to work and teach art at that school. She also teaches at the Clay College in Millville. Dutta works in stained glass, clay, painting and printing. Art is her passion and she believes, “art expands the mind and balances emotions and personalities”.

The exhibit is available for viewing during regular library hours: Monday – Thursday 10:00 – 8:00 p.m.; Friday 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; Saturday 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. All areas of the library are accessible to people with disabilities.
