The Teen Room now features a Maker Cart full of craft supplies, including a button-maker, for art or school projects. The room also features three new computes and HUE Animation software for teens who would like to make their own short movies. Come visit our Teen Room and make a project! The Maker Cart, new computers and animation software were funded by a Community Development Block Grant through the City of Vineland.

Vineland Public Library receives grant for Teen Room

The Vineland Public Library Children’s and Young Adult Department recently received a $5,000 Community Development Block Grant through the City of Vineland. This is the third year that the library has received this grant.

The funds will be used to replace computers in the library’s Teen Room and to replenish the Maker Cart. The Maker Cart has a variety of craft supplies for teens to use for art or school projects during the Teen Room’s open hours.
